A skin idea

So... yeah, Ｙｏｕ might've saw on Pixel gun player's with "cybernetical" eyes on their skin. Well, i always like these type of skins, thing is... Since i'm kinda bad at adding details, i really wanted to know on how to make the cyber eyes on them. Atleast for this skin:

Why not search a Terminator skin for reference? After all, Terminator is popular, so there must be good skins of him out there. I had a hard time with my Ninjak skin since he is a unknown character, and I saw no one make a skin of him yet. I guess I am one of the first.
