Chatting make the game freeze (still can see someone chats)

I had this problem for a weeks
Although it was running good back then but now just worse by the chatting stuff
When i tried to type the words and pressed enter...it got the game freeze
And i already clean that app cache but still the same
Anyone know this issue?

I'm going to try and 'break' this down. Have you turned your chat off? Possibly lag issues?

This happens when your chat is off. I've had this issue when I've started playing. Make sure to press Chat Mode On before chatting or you may freeze.
