The freeze ray is essentially med-long range. It's damage is high. 3 head shots kills an unarmored opponent in about .47 seconds. Making it almost like a full auto psr when Hitting the head. A good choice plus a 50 round mag doesn't hurt either
But the dragon breath kills much faster and carries an 80 round mag. Making it a ruby armored player not so op when you buzz it's head off. With this it can be harder to aim at a distance. But with the load out system. U can have both guns as a special (freeze ray) and a premium(dragon breath)
 
I think dragon breath is the most balanced weapon of the game, good mobility, great capacity, high damage, very high fire rate. For example minigun laser has more lethality but you have a slower reloading, slower movement and worst capacity and is more expensive.
I have seen gameplays on both of them (freeze ray and dragon breath) and i think dragon breath kills a little bit faster than freeze ray does, even freeze ray says it has 19 lethality.
Another example than lethality doesnt always says the truth is when yo use the elephant hunter for example or another sniper, you kill by one single shot on the head on any fully armored iron guy and its lethality says only 13 two shots in a crystal armored guy.....so its very powerfull more than it says

And that's also another reason why i make these thread because if the false stats

1.ITS A FREAKING LASER!!! PEW PEW!!!
2.Im more of a rusher

Well first of all, those 2 weapons are from 2 different categories so you can equip both of them at the same time. Dragons breath have 100% accuracy so you dont really need a scope unless your sensitivity is max like mine lol. Also prototype is the best and the only gun that is capable of sniping ruby armored players and freeze ray rifle does too little damage to snipe. In fact both of them does really low damage because they are nerfed and i would use my hellraiser. But since this is about dragons breath and freeze ray rifle, i would go for the dragons breath because dps is everything although they both have low dps unless your fighting unarmored players then those 2 weapons are op
