How can I play PG3D on the same account but different devices?

You can't.
The only thing that can be restored is your guns and clothing items (Hats, Armor, non-custom Cape), and you can only do that if your devices are connected to the same iTunes or iCloud account. Your name, skin, custom cape, coins, campaign data and more cannot be transferred to a new device, sorry for any inconvenience caused. To restore your guns and clothing items, go to options and there should be a button that says "Restore Purchases", press that and your guns and clothing items should be restored.
 
Or you can bck up your device, and put the data on the other one. That should work. My brother's done it before.
