Staff Members are hand-picked by the existing Staff Members. There is no application form, and half the time our Staff Members don't even request it in the first place.

Sorry to say, but DirectorScorm is currently not in our roster of "potential staff member" (actually, I don't think we have anyone in that pool at the moment).

You hand pick moderators owo i didn't know that I always thought there was a thread and people voted for who is gonna be the moderator and that ph wants to be one but doesn't get enough votes xD

We prefer doing it via a "hand-picked" method rather than an application method, due to the fact that in this method we tend to already know everyone's personalities at this point, and then we just decide who should be in our pool of potential Staff Members.

In all honesty, there's no real sort of organization to this practice. Whenever we feel we need another Moderator, we meet up in a convo and go over who we think would be viable as a successor to an existing Moderator. Some details we go over are such as personality, grammar (this is a must!), and we generally have a sense about these things since we all know you so well. :smile:

In reality, any one on the forum may someday be hand-picked to join the forum ranks without prior notice, however the odds of someone hoping for Moderator and actually getting it are very slim. Sagitarius was an exception to this because of popular vote and because we all knew we could use him due to his timezone advantage which has helped greatly these past couple of months.

I was unaware of this. That might explain his lack of posting Kik screenshots though. Quite unfortunate.
 
Still, his kik are just working fine, but he's busy for while and also will replied, make sure you put your notifcation on for your kik so it will be easily know that Rude has replied to you.
