Misunderstanding Accessories

For the Skeleton Lord cape, it says it gives "all" weapons a 10% damage increase, does this include special/premium/melee?

I wouldnt think so because there is a cape that does increase special/premium weapon damage, but after comparing the two in combat i didnt see a real difference.

I wanna know because i currently use the Royal cape but I dont wanna miss out on some weapon damage if Skeleton Lord cape strengthens everything rather than just 2 weapons. The keyword here is "all" rather than being specific like saying "primary and backup weapons" how the Royal cape was specific about it, same for Headphones, and that other hat that increases backup weapon damage.

When it says "all" weapons, I believe it means "all weapons". This would probably include Special/Premium/Melee as well.

The ones that say they have damage for specific weapons, also give specific stats however. Such as the Royal Cape, it increases speed by 5%. The Royal Crown also grants 5% damage increase, however it also grants 5% speed and -25% self-explosion damage.

So I'd plainly assume "all" weapons includes "all" weapons.

It would make sense if it were something like:
Royal Knight Cape: "Increases your movement speed by 5% and increases special/premium weapon damage by 10%"

Skeleton Lord Cape: "Increases primary/backup weapons' damage by 10%"

Wow so all this time ive only been boosting 2 weapons when I could have boosted all XD
Eh, damage is only half the battle. Some people tend to use different items for different bonuses. For instance, if you equipped both Royal items, they would grant you a 10% speed boost, 5% damage for all items, except Special/Premium, they'd get 15%), and a self-explosion damage of -25%. Add the Tabi or Winged Boots to the fray, and you will have either a double-jump with 10% boost, or a 35% jump boost.
