I got banned once but I was unbanned the next day. I don't even know why I was banned..
I never even played the game before I was banned, I was making skins...

The swearing I just do not do, and pay it no mind.
Hackers will always be a problem for rilisoft, mainly due to no customer support, and of course the targeted age group.
For rilisoft to take players real money for in game purchases then block there account without notice for a reason is just not acceptable. This type of unorganized game play will only cost them financial loss in the future. I have already filed out the paperwork to contest the charges for pixelgun to get my money returned, takes a while but I'll get my money back.
Pixelgun 3d was a game that I very much enjoyed, if my account was to be unblocked I would file a stop to my contested charges. I just hope future players read this to know even though a 'contact support' button is there, it's meaningless.

In the future if this thread is dead, no one is gonna find this unless there's useful info in there,
 
And as I said in a pointless thread, my account was blocked when I just switched my Apple ID. I lost all my skins when I got the game again. And I got this photo as proof I did not hack. Because truthfully I don't even know how people can do stuff like that. But yep here is this photo

Why don't you write to Apple Support about this. I mean, if they can so easily ban people (and it seems like many people have been wrongfully banned) then you should likewise let Apple know that a) You've been wrongfully excluded from a game (which you may have made purchases on) and b) That there is no customer support network available to deal with there issues. If enough people do this they will have to take notice of this problem. The only thing to make sure of first is to check who you are sharing your Apple ID with, like siblings, who may have hacked their devices. I doubt that this is the case but you should make sure first.
 
I need help my account has been banned since I reinstalled the game. Is there anyone out there that can help me? I can tell you have never done anything wrong.
