The Golden friend is not that golden

So I bought 300 gems due I really wanted the Golden Friend.. Daily present number 257 gave me this golden gun which can only be obtained by daily present.
Lethality is 25 and with 4x zoom in scope it sounded good.. But if you consider buying gems like I did to get it, don't do it (this is just my personal opinion). In the next few days I will make a video of game play with the Golden Friend, and even though I am not a top player (I have been playing since December 2015), I am not a lousy player either so I think that others share my opinion in that the gems is better used elsewhere in the game.. The problem is that the ammo capacity is 30 and this pretty much ruins everything good about this gun.. As stated earlier I am in the process of making a video to show you why I think this, but I thought that I would give other players a heads up if they considered spending money on gems to get it. It has mobility on 120 and 98 firerate, and is most of all a worse version of the secret force rifle which is a better buy.. Remember this is just my opinion and other better players can probably get more out of this gun than me. As you can see in the video in a few days, the aim is OK but not better than on the SFR. If others have this gun and disagree with me and maybe can give me some feedback on how to use it, I am open ears... So most of all this post is ment as a "warning" that the money is better spend on for example the SFR. With stormtroopers cape the lethality is 27.5, which is OK and with custom cape the lethality is 26.5 approximately. Any questions, just shoot...

You need really good aim for this weapon to be a good use tbh because If you keep missing them you're gonna run outta ammo and get killed. This is why a weapon with above 40 ammo In each clip is best. You're not the only one that has this opinion. Also if you get it at low level, it's stats are designed for low levels(basically what i am saying is that if you are level 6, then the Golden friend will have worse stats.) I think that set up is good, but when you level up the Golden Friend doesn't get better. It stays at 7 lethality. it is the same for the Golden Baton and the same for the Social uzi(I have no idea why) But yeah...they need to fix this....It's not worth the gems it takes to get this...ExxotikGaming ended up spending Over 100 Dollars on this game and he still didn't get the Golden Friend...That's how insanely rare it is....Rilisoft's best bet is to Make the chances of getting the weapon alot higher....and if they don't....then they should make the Golden Friend have better stats.

I don't have the Golden Friend, well, I never will, but I've heard rumors that you can get "different" types of GF, (no it does not stand for girlfriend, I just got tired of typing Golden Friend). It was in one of Exxotic's or Los's videos.
 
I agree with both @G4M3 0V3R and donut, anything can become useful with skill and accuracy, i have the future rifle and i get kills more that other players do with OP weapons, i've been using it for almost 4-5 months now and i pretty much studied the weapon from all possible angels to get the most out of it, btw i like ur vids :smile:
 
I agree the Golden Friend has a bad lethality althought ot says its high. Using the scope is a very bad idea because the enemy's movement is quicker.I would reccomend the future rifle, if you dont have it and you want to use the GF the use the following setup.
GF,FASTDEATH,FIREORB/STORMHAMMER,LAZERBOUNCER,PROTOTYPE,MINESLAUNCHER

I agree its very rare but if you are lucky then you will get it, but don't do a gem spree for gifts cos its not worth it.

Its true that you can get different types of the GF as you call it.

I use the future rifle too.
