Which should I buy with my gems?

  • Charge Cannon

No clue on what weapons are those, but Charge Cannon seems good because it has Cannon in it. 8U

Actually, if you are more of a person who prefers shot charging, go for the Charge Cannon, if you want an alternative Charge Rifle with area damage. If you want an alternative Demoman with poison mines, go for the Toxic Bane.
To summarize, it is basically choice and skill dependant, not lethal/ efficient dependant.
