Numerous times. I've tried restarting the app, unequipping and reequipping the skin and Dragon Breath (then equipping the skin, but unequipping and reequipping the Dragon Breath to see if changing the order worked), and syncing my data. All my other gold skins (Peacemaker, Prototype, Steam Revolver, Anti-Hero Rifle) work perfectly fine.

Probably another of Rilisoft's many, many glitches...
Hopefully for you, it'll be fixed soon. Tho' I'm not sure if the same thing happens to other players, you could ask here too, to be honest.
I don't play the game anymore tho', sadly, so you'll have to try your luck with someone else.

I apologize if you're color blind, I don't blame you, but the problem is that I have the golden skin bought and equipped for the Dragon's Breath, yet in-game and in the armory when I choose my weapons, every other weapon I have golden skins for are golden, BESIDES the Dragon's Breath.

Yes, that happens to me too. Sadly RiliSoft doesnt really seem to care, since numerous other people asked for that bug to be fixed on their facebook, but as far as I know, they didnt do anything.

I've had a similar bug with other aspect of the store. I once tried to upgrade my prototype, nothing happened, but my coins were gone. Another time, I tried to upgrade my stormtrooper boots, same result. I've found no solution, best thing to do is hope it doesn't happen again :\
