Suggestions that could make PG3D a blast!

How about adding daytime or night time mode for maps? Like the map utopia could be night time.. Or the Mafia mansion it could be daytime..
While the idea of daytime/nighttime would sound great in theory, the task of accomplishing it and making it function properly is difficult. If you have users using daytime and others using nighttime, it could mess up the map entirely.

However, a similar process has been done in SWBF modding called "map skinning". It changes the skybox, and textures of all effects on the map. Most skins are multi-player compatible, so I suppose it could work on a mobile platform, ideally.

I have a suggestion!
Plz don't comment any negative comments on this post.
But positive feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Maybe in the shop there will be a mech store where for example a mech with fire demon swords will be like, themed as Satan's guard dog, or the crystal crossbow with magic bows as the knight archer. There will be armor stats, speed stats, damage stats, and controllability. There will also be a map for ONLY mech users. These mechs will range anywhere from 500 coins up to 1500 coins. There will also be upgrades to these mechs that would cost about 300 coins. Attachments would also be creative on the mechs such as an armeggadon attached to the back.

Ok, I take it back, too much Hawken then.

And that sounds like such an incredibly massive development. I can sense Pixel Gun is trying to stay true to the Voxel-type of gameplay, while inputting various popular video game references in their updates. I believe however that a whole mech system would just be wayyy out of line. Plus, you're making it sound too much like Hawken already, which is a PC-based mech shooter.

I know you didn't ask for negative comments, but I'm just giving a realistic perspective as to how they would approach it as game developers. If they're ever going to try anything like that, they're better off making a whole new app, considering most games for iOS don't take up more than 2GB when downloaded (which this would most likely consume).

Yeah I got this problem. I mostly play on my dads iPad now since I first downloaded the game there and I've been so addicted to it I can't stop. My dad is a real estate agent so he has a lot of date on the device so the device needs more go to update the software.

Someone suggested this what do ya think? Freezer Gun thingy. Rate of Fire should be like 5/6/7.

I actually suggested that! You could use the Flamethrower to defrost someone so it might increase Flamethrower usage instead of sitting there as nothing. If you use a Freeze Gun on the ground it will create ice on the ground and whoever touches it becomes frozen. It would have the same effect when used on walls.

I have an issue with this game that's only really become an issue for me lately. Whenever I aim at something or someone without moving, by the time I move my right thumb to the shoot button, the aim has moved pretty significantly so that I cannot easily make shots while stationary, even against a stationary target because the change in aim varies, sometimes it shifts east, south east etc. This was not an issue for me as I would just as my prototype psr on the move to get most of my kills. Since the latest ios update this gun now shoots a laser which gives away my location and my advantage ad has made it significantly harder for me to put together long kill streaks. I play on an iPhone 4 so if this is an issue for this device id really like them to sort this out first. Please let me know if it's common to all users or not so I can just move past this. Thanks.

Could someone state that more clearly?
You know how you use your right thumb to aim your rifle? In order to take a shot you need to lift your right thumb once you have set your aim and press the shoot button. The issue is that after I have set my aim, as I lift my right thumb to move it to the shoot button my aim moves in a random way so that when I fire it is way off where I was aiming the only way I can aim properly is when I am also moving so that's what I do. I'm not sure if it's a known issue or if everyone plays in this way, if this is something that everyone face when playing then I'm suggesting that they change it. However, it may just be an issue on my device.

I had that issue a few times but barely maybe it's a glitch or lag

I had an issue when I get killed I fall from the sky land outside of the map and my moving and shooting controls are exclude and I'm invisible also I'm stuck which concludes that I'm frozen stuck... With no help:pensive:

So many suggestions that I'm to lazy to put on my first post in this thread. >_<

Btw I've got a few more suggestions:

Bullet projectiles: You know how you see missiles, plazma, cannon balls, etc. projectiles blasting off from certain types of weapons. They could do the same with every gun that fires bullets. Except of course they would move at faster speeds. You'd get different bullet animations from certain types of guns. For example, you 'd see scattered bullets from a shotgun blasting off.

Sticky boots (couldn't think of a better name): For these boots you'd be able to walk on walls and ceilings by just simply walking towards them. Though you'd still be limited to certain parts of the map that will prevent you from leaving the map. Of course you wouldn't be able to walk on invisible walls that contain you in the map.

Being able to use weapons that are only available in the campaign in multiplayer: It would be awesome if you could use the UZI-UZI, AK-48, Army Rifle, and other weapons that you can only use in the campaign currently in multiplayer.

You could call them "Spider Boots". :tongueout:

The bullet projectile idea was actually in the very early versions of Pixel Gun, however it was removed, possibly to keep the pixelated effect more popular in the game. In honesty, the bullet projectiles didn't actually mix well with the feel of the game really.

The "Spider Boots" would be cool, but it would be like Parkour 2.0 if you think of it. Plus aiming while sideways isn't exactly ideal in shooter games, you're always shooting while straight up or down. However, it'd be a nice challenge for sure.

I fully agree with campaign weapons in multiplayer, however I think they would get outclassed real quick compared to the multiplayer armory. The only weapon that could stand a chance would probably be the Sniper Rifle, and maybe the Army Rifle. Best Friend and Heavy Machine Gun would be outclassed real fast, same with the AK-48 and Uzi-Uzi.

This might of already been said: (I'm too lazy to read all of the ideas)
But I think that both the peacemaker and the tesla generator should be nerfed, all they need is a damage nerf then they'll be ballanced. (Seriously, they both outclass pretty much everything else on small/medium maps, I want to have fast-paced fun WITHOUT having to use the generator/peacemaker to be able to have a chance to win)

I also think that the simple shotgun, the flower power, and the razor thrower should be buffed.

But that's just my 2 cents.

Sticky Boots?
Is Gravity Boots a better name?
